In pursuit of enhancing the concept of community participation, activating more transparency and accountability in our institutions, and believing in the importance of citizens’ participation and influence in decision-making, the Executive Council in the Gezira region launched the Complaints and Suggestions Portal, which is a website dedicated to receiving complaints and suggestions, as an effort to improve the quality of services offered by our institutions and a commitment to making our work more responsive to citizen interactionThe mechanism for responding to feedback and complaints is a safe, confidential, transparent and open channel for everyone to make suggestions and present complaints, and we will respond to all suggestions and complaints submitted to us, document them, handle them and respond It must be transparent and responsible.We encourage citizens, employees and all segments of society to interact with this endeavor, to achieve effective community participation, and to enhance transparency and accountability.
